The last 9 months without the headaches of website building and maintaining them has been nice. It also is now a fact that Cold Sweat-Chicago has dissolved the LLC in both Indiana as it was in Illinois. I may after some consideration dissolve the LLC altogether by filing paperwork in The State of Delaware. So, if anyone out there is considering an LLC and has need of one that has a name in either music and web hosting, contact me through this site.
